I'm exploring Blood Incantation's back catalog. This early work may have more primitive production, but they were already a fully-formed group of creative virtuosos. This music is controlled chaos. It's fast. There are tons of changes. It's unpredictable. But it never becomes unpleasant because there is always groove and melody and space. dharmalogos

I wasn't big on these guys on record, but then I saw them live and that guitar tone translates *really* well. They gained a fan at that show, even if I still think they could trim some fat. zirtonic
